Introduction

A blue sky with fluffy clouds, the great outdoors, something to fly; that is what makes for much of our interest in various branches of aviation.  Paul has been building and flying models since 1952. Virginia has been aviating in balloons, gliders and light aircraft for more than twenty years and flying models for over five years.

On this website we will tell you about flying radio controlled model gliders, light aircraft touring and other branches of sport aviation in which we have participated.  Ballooning and gliding have their particular interest due to the challenge of utilising natural air currents which is probably why model sailplanes also have a strong appeal to us.
